All approaches will be welcome, and in particular those that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Introduce new applications that are expected to become hot topics in the near future<\/li><li>Create new synergies between Evolutionary Computation and other disciplines<\/li><li>Foster the hybridization of EC with other techniques.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Special sessions involving young researchers as co-organizers or participants are encouraged. Prospective Session Chairs should submit a proposal to <strong>pacv(at)ugr.es<\/strong> strictly by <strong>September 10<\/strong>, indicating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Session title<\/li><li>The names and affiliations of the organizers (maximum 2)<\/li><li>A short description of the session goals and topics (up to 200 words)<\/li><li>A few (around 4) tentative paper titles and their authors<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Special sessions will be announced as soon as they are accepted. Upon acceptance, Chairs will be responsible of publicizing the session, updating the session web page and inviting their colleagues to join the special session. All submitted papers will undergo the same high-quality review process as the other papers submitted to the conference. Submission to the proposed sessions will not be a guarantee of acceptance. The submissions will be peer reviewed by at least three members of the program committee.
