Joining a session
Go to the Programme Overview and click on the session you wish to attend. A Zoom co-host will admit you from the waiting room after verifying your registration.
Please use your full name as it appears in your conference registration. This allows the co-host to match you against the list of registered online attendees and admit you promptly.
During the session
- You will be muted on entry. Please remain muted unless invited to speak.
- To ask a question, use the Raise Hand feature in Zoom’s Reactions panel, or type your question in the Chat. The session chair will invite you to unmute when it is your turn.
- If you experience technical difficulties, please write in the Chat and a co-host will assist you.
