Your poster should be A0 size portrait. You should upload an electronic version of your poster (in PDF, PNG or JPG) to the poster uploading form.
Please note: if upon registration you selected the option “Bring additional poster” but you have not received POSITIVE confirmation that you can actually bring it, then you have to interpret that as a negative answer.
Printing your poster locally
There are some options to print posters locally instead of bringing them to the conference.

2) Alternatively, participants can use an online service of their choice and get the poster delivered to the venue prior to the conference. Delivery should be no later than Thursday 2 April due to the Easter holidays.
