The final paper and the signed copyright form are due on&nbsp;<strong>24 January, 2026<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong>&nbsp;This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your contribution may be prepared in LaTeX or Microsoft Word. You can scan the signed form into PDF or any other standard image format. The copyright form can be found <a href=\"https:\/\/www.evostar.org\/2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2025\/01\/SNCS_ProceedingsPaper_LTP_ST_SN_Switzerland.docx\">here<\/a>. Romero, and S\u00e9rgio Rebelo. <strong>Title:<\/strong> Artificial Intelligence in Music, Sound, Art and Design \u2013 15th International Conference, EvoMUSART 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The corresponding author of each paper, acting on behalf of all of the authors of that paper, must complete and sign a Consent-to-Publish form. The corresponding author signing the copyright form should match the corresponding author marked on the paper. Once the files have been sent to Springer, changes relating to the authorship of the papers cannot be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The page limit of <strong>14 pages plus references and acknowledgements<\/strong> is strict. Authors should consult <a href=\"https:\/\/www.springer.com\/gp\/computer-science\/lncs\/conference-proceedings-guidelines\">Springer\u2019s authors\u2019 guidelines<\/a> and use their proceedings templates, either for <a href=\"https:\/\/resource-cms.springernature.com\/springer-cms\/rest\/v1\/content\/19238648\/data\/v8\">LaTeX<\/a> or for <a href=\"https:\/\/resource-cms.springernature.com\/springer-cms\/rest\/v1\/content\/19238706\/data\/v5\">Word<\/a>, for the preparation of their papers. Springer encourages authors to include their ORCIDs in their papers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our publisher implements an extra control loop: once data processing is finished, they will contact all corresponding authors, and ask them to check their papers. We expect this to happen shortly before the printing of the proceedings.
