EvoStar 2013 was hosted at the Vienna University of Technology in Austria from the 3rd to the 5th of April. Thanks to all those who participated and helped make this long established gathering such a success. A selection of photographs from the event can be viewed here.
The venue for EvoStar 2014 was announced as the Universidad Internacional de Andalucía (UNIA) which is situated in Baeza, Jaén, Spain.

Invited Speakers
Prof Dr A E Eiben of the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Dr Richard Watson of the University of Southampton, UK have been confirmed as invited speakers for EvoStar. More details can be found here.
Special Sessions at EvoStar
Following the success of last years event EvoTransfer will invite potential industrial partners from all over Europe to meet EvoStar researchers in Vienna so that they can demonstrate how they can contribute to finding solutions to real-world problems arising in all areas of business and industry. EvoStar is to host EuroProjects, a special event dedicated to European-funded projects related to evostar's thematic areas. The Submission deadline for one page abstracts which will be presented as part of the EvoStar poster is March 1st 2013. More details can be found here.
Early Registration for EvoStar 2013 closes on 1 March, after which, registration fees increase.
