Evo* takes place on 3-5 April 2013 in Vienna, Austria
EVO*2013 (EvoStar) brings together Europe's premier events in the field of evolutionary computing, and includes the five co-located conferences of EuroGP, EvoCOP, EvoBIO, EvoMusArt and also including the 12 conference tracks of EvoApplications, which are EvoCOMNET, EvoCOMPLEX, EvoENERGY, EvoFIN, EvoGAMES, EvoIASP, EvoINDUSTRY, EvoNUM, EvoPAR, EvoRISK, EvoROBOT, EvoSTOC. These co-located events will be held in Vienna, Austria on 3-5 April 2013.
The single registration fee allows access to all 16 events with approximately 200 papers presented over three days. The friendly and informal atmosphere at EvoStar is intended to foster beneficial friendships and longer-term collaboration across continents and across research generations.
Registration includes lunches and coffee breaks at the conference venue over three days; one ticket for the conference reception and one ticket for the conference dinner (additional tickets available for purchase). Also included is a conference USB stick with all five EvoStar2013 LNCS volumes as well as electronic access via www.springerlink.com for a limited period. Hard copy volumes are NOT included as part of the registration fee but are available for separate purchase if ordered by 10 February 2013.
The early booking discount is given to all registrations received by 1st March 2013, and you are encouraged to take advantage of these lower rates. The organisers work hard to minimise conference fees, and the 2013 registration rates represent a decrease in real terms and especially relative to fees over a decade ago. Conference registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the organisers reserving the right to limit places if necessary. Registrations close on 26 March 2013, a week before the events commence and just before the Easter weekend. Half price student discounts are available for those registered at appropriate academic organisations, who are able to prove their student status if asked to do so.
Online registration and payment are available via a SSL secure website operated by Edinburgh Napier University in conjunction with Barclaycard. Online payment can be made using VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT, VISA ELECTRON. Please note that payment is charged in British pounds sterling at the rates shown below, with Euro fees described as an approximate guide. A different Euro rate may be charged by your bank or credit card company. Payment can also be made by cheque in Euros or British pounds sterling (please contact Jennifer Willies, EvoStar Conference Coordinator for more information). Please note that sending funds by bank transfer is not available.
