We will all miss the get-together sessions that are the trade-mark of EvoStar. However, we can overcome this hurdle, and even take advantage of it thanks to the nice video-conferencing Jitsi tool. Let’s enjoy improved poster-like sessions, during which attendees will be able to talk to authors without bumping into the crowd looking at the poster next door.
Our proposal is to create a specific video-room for each paper during 3 e-poster sessions from 18h00 to 20h00 on Wednesday and Thursday and from 9h00 to 10h00 on Friday. Each room should be named with the name of the conference, the session number, and the time it is scheduled on the official programme.

Authors: please try that at least one of you attends most of the poster session (Wednesday and Thursday) and bring a few slides (3-4?) for brief pitches about your paper, for attendees who did not see your earlier presentation
